From the moment you arrive at GrayBarns there is an overwhelming feeling of slowing down. Located on the Silvermine River and dating all the way back to the 17th century, the area was once a popular village meeting place, with GrayBarns serving as an artist outpost & stagecoach stop. Present-day, GrayBarns comprises an Inn, Tavern, and Mercantile, whose culinary fare of elegant comfort food draws on seasonal ingredients from local farms and purveyors.
