Imola - or the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari - as it’s been known since 1988. The 19 corners of this 3.6 mile course were designed by the glorious topography of the Emilia Romagna region of Italy, not by a boffin behind a computer. Many an F1 driver will tell you it’s their favorite circuit to drive, and that’s great, but we’re all about it for the food because that’s what Emilia Romagna is all about. CCC’s Chef Jose will be honoring the race with a brunch menu that exemplifies his translation of a few famous regional dishes. RSVP for the food, catch a race while you’re at it.
