Porchetta Bao Buns: Slow-roasted porchetta, kimchi, cilantro, sesame, in a freshly steamed Bao Bun. 


Chicken Shoyu Ramen: Braised Joyce Farm’s Chicken. shitake mushroom, bean sprout, 6 Minute Egg, nori, in fresh Ichiban noodles and a Shoyu-Dashi Broth.
