This week, CCC is sending out the hogs to dig up the most delectable black truffles for an Osteria-style evening of fine dining. Chef Jesse and the culinary crew will be creating four-course meal, featuring a salumeria dish, a creamy, truffle cacao e pepe with a peppery bite, veal osso buco and homemade coconut panna cotta to finish. Jack (Giacomo, for the evening) will be blowing the dust off a collection of reserve wines to match
