CCC’s dry-aged steak is a 40-day affair. It’s beloved. For this night, we’re going to get funky and serve up very special 60-day dry aged steaks from Pat LaFrida’s reserve drying room. Delicate, deep, complex and delicious. Chef Jesse will be pairing these very special cuts with select sides and Jack will be presenting an exceptional collection of red wines to compliment these gorgeous cuts.
