New York and America’s culinary scene would not be where it is today without the contributions of famed chef and CCC member, Andrew Carmellini. On Thursday, October 22, Chef Carmellini will be taking over the CCC kitchen to present Laconda Verde steak night for members. Here, Chef Carmellini and his team will prepare a casually-coursed meal of his favorite cuts, sides and surprises for a seated meal on the terrace and in the CCC gallery space.
