If you haven’t noticed, since March, we’ve been exclusively cooking by flame. This Saturday, we’re putting our 10,000 hours on display with a roast Berkshire pork, dry-aged rib steaks other grilled and smoked items. Belly up, it all pairs well with a quality beer.
