Race season ... track days ... so close we can almost smell the seared rubber. In the meantime, we'll take the next best thing and hit the Sims.
If you're a speed-hungry CCCer kicking around the idea of jamming on track with us this season — but biting your nails a bit because your a lil' green behind the ears — let's get you sorted and churning some gears.
Get on board for our Sim Coaching Series. Beginning 3/2 and running two evenings a month for 5 weeks, our top CCC race mavens will instruct you on the comprehensive in's and out's of racing, covering everything from Oversteer/Understeer to Turning, Trailing and Braking. (Just don't do it?)
Each session will begin with a goal check-in and class and then it's onto the Sims to put that praxis to practice. Each coaching night has two sessions, each with 6 available slots: Session 1: 6:00PM - 7:30PM; Session 2: 7:30PM - 9:00PM. To boot, after the 5-week coaching series, we'll pull all the newly-prepped track rats together for a competitive race. See also: prizes. Niiiiiice.
