Join Classic Car Club for a culinary education with Chef Jose Santiago. Learn the fundamentals of making authentic guacamole and queso, and bring your new knowledge to your next party or get together and let everyone wonder where you learned to make something so delicious. You'll also never have to buy tortillas again after you learn how to make them from scratch.
This will be a very hands-on experience, so prepare to roll up your sleeves.
