Join us for a truly decedent evening of fine dining. Classic Car Club will be serving an aspiring menu featuring both modern and traditional approaches to surf & turf. A 45 day dry-aged ribeye steak paired with a two-pound lobster for two is on the menu, as well as inventive dishes, including bone marrow stuffed roasted oysters, scallop crudo, lamb tartare with smoked bone aioli and trout roe, Hudson valley heirloom tomatoes with 30-year Modena balsamic and blue fin bottarga and a traditional English summer trifle.
